The Small Print
Each website will require a one-off £300 development fee upfront to start your project.
The monthly fee is to pay for the hosting of your website, support, maintenance, updates and edits. This will also include the cost for your SSL Certificate (secure browsing), Cookie Enablement and a Privacy Policy.
All email accounts come with 1GB of storage. Upgrades are available at an additional cost.
If the monthly update allowance is not used, it cannot be rolled over into the next month.
The Monthly fee is required on 1st of every month. 1 months payment in advance is required (This will be invoiced along with your development fee).
Late payment will result in the website being suspended (taken offline) until payment is made. If payment is not made within 4 weeks of the original payment date, the website and any associated email mailboxes will be deleted. (it cannot be recovered after this).
Package prices are based on a yearly contractual basis. Costs and prices are based on 1 year of service. Prices may increase upon renewal. Domain purchase and renewal will be charged separately. RAE Website Design will provide at least 4 weeks notice should any price increase occur. Your website will be automatically renewed at the end of each year unless cancelled with at least 4 weeks notice.
All websites are owned by RAE Website Design, if you wish to transfer the website and/or emails to another provider, this can be done for an additional fee.
